Rondinello owner of Reliant Builders, LLC, Custom Modular Homes, has received certification from The Modular Housing Training Institute at Pennsylvania College of Technology, Penn State, for all requirements pertaining to Site preparation, Modular home setting and completing. Lou has been in the modular home business since 1978 and currently resides in Monroe, CT.
